🟢 New Feature
We’ve just released a new snapshot update with three additions and improvements:
1. New Homepage Opt-In Form
You can now embed an opt-in form directly into a section of your directory homepage—giving visitors an easy way to join your email list.
The snapshot now includes:
  • One new opt-in form
  • One new workflow triggered when the form is submitted
  • One new tag for identifying and tracking opt-ins
This gives you a ready-made system for building a list of interested visitors and sending follow-up outreach.
2. New Business-Owner Custom Fields
We’ve added two optional custom fields:
  • Owner First Name
  • Owner Last Name
SmartDirectoryAI listings are stored as contacts in HighLevel, so the standard First Name field must contain the business name. Previously, storing the owner’s name meant creating a separate contact for that person.
If you have owner information for existing or newly imported leads, you can now store it directly within the business contact—making it easier to personalize your outreach without creating duplicate contacts.
3. Link Removed From the First Outreach Email
We discovered that the first email in the outreach sequence inadvertently contained a link.
Because including a link in an initial cold outreach email can hurt deliverability and inbox placement, we’ve updated the template and removed it. This should give your first email a better chance of reaching the primary inbox.
These changes are included in the latest SmartDirectoryAI snapshot update.
The pricing plans table now displays the yearly option first, followed by the monthly option, and includes a 'Best value' highlighting feature.
When the category is clicked in the menu, users will now have the ability to choose how many businesses can be listed per page, allowing for more flexible and user-friendly browsing.
On mobile view, login and register are now separated into distinct lines in the menu.
Now users can edit the headline text on the /plans page.
The optin form section on the homepage is now re-arrangeable like the other sections, providing a more flexible and user-friendly experience.
What’s new?
When the category is clicked in the menu, can we have the ability of sorting the business listings by A-Z, Z-A, Number of reviews, Highest rating... Kind of like google map sorting

🟢 New Feature
The homepage features have inconsistent CSS styling, which affects the overall user experience. Ensuring consistent CSS for feature titles and details will improve the homepage's appearance.
What’s new?
Added the ability to configure the default zoom level of the homepage map directly from the admin settings.
Why it matters
