The Create Account / Register form on Smart Directory AI collects First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number, but phone number is the only piece that doesn't seem to get passed to my GHL sub-account. This comes from the Register page found:
Since we can't control or customize those Login/Register links at the top of the directory, we're basically collecting leads through your form and losing them. I tried using the custom workflow trigger, new contact created, but unfortunately there's no way to capture it on our end.
Can the registration form be updated to push that the phone number data for consumers into GHL? Even just a webhook trigger on form submission would work — we can handle the rest.
Also it's important to note that it appears this distinction only occurs on consumer profiles.
