Currently, if you want to re-order your featured listings, you go to the featured listings, click on the re-order button and instead of allowing you to re-order the featured listings, it takes you to the full list of ALL listings, and the featured ones are lost among hundreds of free ones, making it impossible to re-order them, so it's kind of pointless. It needs to be fixed so that whatever list you are on (all/free/featured) when you hit re-order from that list, you are able to re-order only that list and not just go the all list.
