Featured Listings option for display on Home Page

Have the option to either have a "static" display of the 3 featured listings based on the sort order or have a random option.

This will give us the option to "sell" the static option (current) or have all featured listings randomly be displayed on the home page

I think that's a good idea. I think having featured companies, blogs, job listings, and events on the first page would be a nice feature to sell as well.

It would be nice to be able to have a random option of only certain selected ones. That way you could have random of those who have pictures. Or sell like the static option above to more than 3 clients.
