I am looking at signing up and want to go after a lot of small business owners and looking at what is included in your Smart Directory it usually is just a 1-line statement that does not say much - it only says what it does...a futher build-out of each item should be shown as laid out below...this would be most helpful and outstanding in my opinion...

A good format would be:

Feature Name

What it is: Simple explanation

What the business gets: Exactly what is included

What it does: How it works

Business benefit: Why the owner should care

Example: A real-world use case

Included or additional cost: Clearly identified

For example, where it says, "AI Voice Agents" that is all it says, but I understand it can be multiple variations...each feature shown should include a format that I listed above...it can be a great piece I could use as a sells document when needed.
