If you're offering a paid pricing plan, it would be nice to remove items that aren't available at that price. Leaving the red x there with the items displayed leaves a bad taste in the purchaser's mouth. They feel like they're not getting everything they're paying for. Leaving the red x in the free plan makes sense. Leaving red x's in the paid plan does not make sense. Just as we can add items to the pricing plan, we need an option to delete items from the paid pricing plans at a minimum.
