Please program so that every time someone goes to the Home Page and All Listings Pages, the listings rotate so that everyone gets a fair shot at being at the top of the listings and cycles back down until all of the listings have received the top spot and cycles up again. That way no one is stuck way down at the bottom. Keep Featured and Free Listings separate from each other, as usual.
